Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, and fostering team growth.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members to drive performance.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to enhance product offerings.
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and handle customer concerns.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proven experience in retail settings, with management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and retail equipment.
