Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities and performance, managing schedules, and implementing operational action plans.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improved results
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance
• Monitor competition and suggest adjustments
• Inventory management and product feedback
• Supervise day-to-day operations and team performance

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Prior management experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
