Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment to maintain the store's position.
• Participate in the interviewing and onboarding process.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise products effectively.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
