Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison in the Hematology-Oncology field. This strategic leadership role involves managing a team of MSLs to provide field-based medical support aligned with product research and business objectives. The Associate Director will lead, coach, and develop the MSL team to ensure high performance and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Guide MSLs in building relationships with thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine.
- Lead, manage, and develop the MSL team to support strategic goals.
- Maintain territory engagement plans, collect clinical insights, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Medical and Commercial teams to address challenges and establish partnerships.
Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent, Oncology experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience with leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
- Field-based position requiring up to 60% travel.
