Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to lead the data and analytics platforms for the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing personnel, processes, and technologies, driving strategic roadmaps, and fostering cross-functional relationships. The position requires a deep understanding of clinical trial study design, data visualization, technology standards, and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic objectives for clinical data platforms.
• Optimize Jazz's use of data platforms and implement change management strategies.
• Lead and mentor the Clinical Data Innovation team.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships at a senior leadership level.
• Interface with technology vendors and drive innovation in clinical data management.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and drug development.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools and CDASH standards.
• Familiarity with clinical data collection systems and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, or related fields.
