Job Description
We are looking for a talented Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all personnel, processes, and technologies related to the data and analytics platforms used by our Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. This role involves leading a team of professionals, providing vision and leadership, fostering cross-functional relationships, and contributing to the development and growth of the group within the GCDO structure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap and objectives for clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize Jazz's use of the clinical data platform(s) and implement change management strategies for maximum adoption.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with senior leadership across various departments.
- Engage with technology vendors and stay abreast of developments in technology applied to clinical trials.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design, data collection, and drug development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and assess resource needs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in designing visualization tools for clinical trial data.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with regulatory and industry standards.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
