Job Description
Healing Haven LLC is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement behavior analysis programming and intervention plans. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior analysis programming during therapy sessions.
- Train incoming staff members on Applied Behavior Analysis practices.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and service hours.
- Ensure punctual attendance to avoid therapy disruption.
- Collaborate with the team to support client progress and quality of life.
Requirements
- No Bachelor's Degree required, but preferred.
- Reliable transportation and clean criminal history.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to therapy services.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and professionalism with clients and colleagues.
Compensation
Salary: $17-22 per hour.
