Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Cashier to join our team at Main and Lindsay in Mesa, AZ. As a cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining store standards for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and its affiliates.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently.
- Solicit cash donations from customers.
- Identify merchandise prices and assist with closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Model Goodwill Core Values in daily interactions.
- Stock merchandise and make announcements using store systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Pass background check and drug screening as needed.
