Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi in a part-time capacity. As an essential member of our crew, you will be involved in operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing top-notch customer service. This role offers a dynamic work environment with new challenges every day.

Position Type: Part-Time

Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of store documents and data.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
