Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Develop an agile personal training team to cater to each client's needs.
- Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Retain personal training clients by providing exceptional value and support.
- Build a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales goals.
