We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a key member of our fitness department, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business, exceeding financial targets, and ensuring that our members achieve their fitness goals in a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and retain existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate agile programming to meet individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive training environment.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional value in personal training services.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personalized relationships.
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Work with trainers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Certification as a Fitness Trainer.
• Proven experience in personal training and team leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
