Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00-$24.00 per hour with Monthly Bonus and Milestone Bonus opportunities; Total Compensation Range: $50,180-$68,800 annually

Role Overview
The Certified Personal Training Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets. This position involves building and nurturing a high-performing team dedicated to helping members achieve their fitness goals through exceptional training sessions and personalized experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a top-performing personal training team
- Grow client acquisition and enhance client retention
- Customize training programs to meet individual client needs
- Create a welcoming and interactive training environment
- Maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction
- Cultivate a supportive and connected trainer community
- Drive new client acquisition through relationship building
- Coach trainers on consultation and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Possess certification in personal training
