We are looking for a motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness and lead the personal training business at our club. The ideal candidate will build and develop a high-performing team, drive acquisition of new personal training clients, and ensure an outstanding experience for our members. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets while helping members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to customize programs for each client.
• Create an inviting environment in the Personal Training Cage to engage with members.
• Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value and service.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal connections with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Achieve personal and team monthly sales goals.
