Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at the club. Your role involves building and developing a high-performing team that helps members achieve their fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team adhering to VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate programming tailored to each client's needs.
• Create a friendly and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by providing exceptional value in personal training sessions.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Achieve monthly sales goals.
