VASA Fitness is looking for a highly motivated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets by leading a high-performing team and providing exceptional fitness experiences to our members.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team that embodies VASA's core values and drives accountability.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to meet individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment around the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain personal training clients by delivering exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through building relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer with experience in leading a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in sales and client retention.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating environment for team members and clients.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
