Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop and implement care plans, and ensure quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Must be IV proficient, training provided.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Prepare for patient discharge.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficient or willing to train.
