Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team at an in-person hiring event. Our state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system and comprehensive OASIS-E training create a supportive environment for LPNs to excel in their careers. You will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and participate in discharge planning.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
- Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.
- Expected weekly hours: 20-40.
