ChristianaCare Home Health is looking for full-time, part-time, and per diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE, working day or night shifts, one weekend monthly, and 2 holidays annually.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Assist in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must hold a current DE LPN or compact state license.
Job Types: Per diem, part-time, full-time. Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
