Role Details
- Position: Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs
- Location: New Castle County, DE
- Shifts: Day or Night shifts, one weekend a month, 2 holidays/year
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
