Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Newark, DE and surrounding areas. As a HomeHealth RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered treatment. This position requires IV proficiency and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train for IV functions.
