As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing shift operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operations skills in product preparation and service execution.
• Address guest concerns promptly, solicit feedback, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
• Supervise restaurant team members, maintain staffing levels, provide training, and ensure compliance with quality and appearance standards.
• Contribute to sales targets through excellent guest service and product training.
• Manage cash operations, optimize inventory levels, and maintain a clean and secure restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team independently.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual skills advantageous in certain markets.
• Comfortable using phones and computers.

Additional Information

• Position: Non-exempt, hourly.
