Job Description

We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing the shift operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operations skills, ensuring high-quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations and foster brand loyalty.
• Supervise and train team members to exceed guest expectations, maintain staffing levels, ensure uniform compliance, and coach for improved performance.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through friendly guest service, sales execution, cash management, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lead a team with no supervision.
• Bilingual skills in certain markets are a plus.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check results.
