Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi. In this role, you will manage construction costs at a national level, working closely with divisional real estate teams to evaluate construction bids. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, architecture, or engineering and possess a deep understanding of construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Prepare detailed bid analysis for project awards.
• Provide pricing data to ensure consistent pricing structure.
• Research and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
