Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Business Team Lead to join CROSSMARK, a leading company in the CPG industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and executing strategic plans to maximize growth opportunities within retail partners. As a key leader, you will provide guidance to team members, ensure client satisfaction, and analyze market trends to enhance brand promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all P&L controllable items for retailers.
  • Provide leadership to team members and cultivate a positive growth environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers within the assigned geographic region.
  • Present strategic client plans to drive brand promotion strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with clients to ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.
  • Identify and sell additional services to clients based on performance insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years of CPG industry experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Performance Metrics

  • Achieve on-budget execution of sales plan.
  • Drive new item acceptances and existing client growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high NPS scores.
