We are looking for a Customer Return Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group on a part-time basis. As a vital part of our enterprise, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating the car return process and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with returning rental cars.
• Record vehicle details accurately, including mileage, gas levels, and damages.
• Input car information into the computer system efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various shifts.
• Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
