Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking of products. As a key member of the store team, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
