Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking of products. As a key member of the store team, you will collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
