Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing outstanding customer service. As a full-time team member, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
