Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash register efficiently and follow all cash policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and stocking merchandise.
