We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient merchandising, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
