Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. competencies in customer interactions.
- Process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Communicate openly with team members and management for operational efficiency.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store performance.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy as per company standards.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies.
- Comply with company policies and maintain document security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older with a strong customer service orientation.
- Efficient operation of cash registers and related equipment.
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate necessary store machinery.
- Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Meet all requirements for handling alcohol sales as per state and local regulations.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
- Combination of education and experience that demonstrates requisite knowledge.
