Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our retail operation, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock replenishment, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by delivering top-notch customer service and collaborating effectively with your team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock shelves with merchandise.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver courteous and efficient customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and retail equipment.
• Capable of following instructions, multitasking, and working both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
