We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operations run smoothly and our customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
