Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join ALDI, a leading retail company. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct store inventory counts
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and procedures while upholding data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Experience in retail environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
