Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a high standard of organization, customer service, and efficiency. Working closely with the Aldi team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other relevant issues to management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies, uphold security measures, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, along with retail experience.
