Job Description

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays
- Assist customers with shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Good customer service and cash handling skills
- Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
