Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays
  • Assist customers with shopping, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
  • Adhere to company policies with a focus on security and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Good customer service and cash handling skills
  • Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
