Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to cash policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
