Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
- Process customer transactions, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Follow company policies while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
