Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer transactions, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Follow company policies while ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
