Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. As part of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store counts
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently and in a team setting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience desirable
