Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
