Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain a neat store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties following company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
