Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Assist customers with shopping needs and collaborate with team members.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in general cleaning duties and equipment operation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Education: High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
