Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
