Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
