Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate with management
  • Contribute to inventory management and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
