Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Conduct inventory counts and report any issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting merchandise.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
