We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment
  • Provide top-notch customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays following company guidelines
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Follow company policies and procedures maintaining security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capacity to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
