Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain product displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance during the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain store security.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
