Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, merchandising, stocking products, and cashiering. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company guidelines and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
