Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and perform cashiering duties
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
