Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers through exceptional service and efficient stock management.
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering responsibilities and maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitor product availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
